Rajko Čogurić

Attorney Rajko Čogurić has several decades of experience in practicing law, primarily criminal law. In his long career, attorney Čogurić has defended persons accused of almost all types of crime. In particular, he has vast experience in conducting criminal proceedings for criminal offenses in the area of financial and white collar crime. In this regard, his knowledge of commercial and corporate law, acquired throughout his long career, has proven to be particularly beneficial, as he still practices it today.

ŠIME MATAK

Attorney Šime Matak graduated from the University of Zagreb Law School in 2012 with a magna cum laude degree. After graduation, he started working as a trainee lawyer at the Law firm Čogurić & Partners (Čogurić & Naumovski d.o.o. at the time) and has been working for the same firm ever since. He registered in the Croatian Bar in 2015, and in 2017 became partner at the Law firm Čogurić & Partners, which changed its name to Čogurić & Matak in 2021.

 

Attorney Šime Matak is a doctoral student enrolled in the criminal studies program at the University of Zagreb Law School. He is predominantly focused on criminal and misdemeanor law but is also experienced in other areas of law.

Attorney Nika Čogurić graduated from the University of Split Law School in 2014. She gained professional experience as a lawyer through administrative work at our law firm, after which she completed her training and pursued her career as an attorney, registering in the Croatian Bar in 2017.

 

Attorney Čogurić is predominantly focused on commercial law, civil law, labor law, enforcement law and family law.
